This Module houses the Front Office Training content for Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). In this module you will find links to all pertinent resources and applications you will need to learn and perform your job successfully. You will also find the most current Statements of Practice (SOPs) that will teach you proper workflow for the many tasks that you will be responsible for. In addition to this training, you will be assigned and expected to complete external learning modules for both NextGen and Phreesia.
